CareMonX™ Care Team Manager

CareMonX™ Care Team Manager is an online and text messaging system that enables community care services administrators to efficiently plan and schedule temporary or ad hoc work assignments for care team members including, family members, volunteers, social services workers and clinical staff. Staff scheduling can occur as far in advance as required.

Using centralised calendaring features, team members registered in the system can notify periods of planned availability and absences. By comparing their availability against temporary or ad hoc assignment details, optimal scheduling is automatically made and relevant members are automatically notified by email and real-time text messaging.

CareMonX™ Care Team Manager captures details of time worked as well as facilitating feedback on members performance. It also contains billing features which interface to all modern accounting systems.
