Arising from continued expansion, Valentia wishes to recruit two experienced Business Analysts / Project Managers to join our existing team.
Valentia's Business Analysts / Project Managers are responsible for researching, analyzing, defining, documenting, innovating and delivering solutions to client organizations based upon our health and social care applications platforms.
As a Business Analyst / Project Manager, you will be working in a highly exciting and rapidly evolving sector with international relevance. You will be directly interfacing with clients to define and deliver solutions for their requirements. You will be responsible for the complete project lifecycle and will be required to liaise closely with Valentia’s international development teams.
Typical additional responsibilities will include:
Researching, analyzing, defining and documenting functional requirements
Delivering requirements to Product Development teams in a coherent and timely manner
Preparing detailed resource and work plans and requirements documentation
Interpreting and responding to clients’ business needs
Managing software development life cycles
Maintaining high performance and creating a dynamic working environment with colleagues
Skills/Experience Required
Creative and innovative thinker (ideally with innovation experience in healthcare and/or mobile technologies)
Experience in a Business Analyst and/or Project Management role
Experience in defining business requirements for complex large organizations
Awareness of and familiarity with complex business processes, particular those in the healthcare sector
Excellent written communication and presentation skills
Proven ability to work under tight deadlines and to deliver projects on time and within budget
Good understanding of Microsoft .NET platform and SOA
Internationally mobile with driving license
Additional consideration will be given to candidates with international lanuage skills, as well as to candidates with experience of asset tracking and GIS systems and intelligent sensor environments. Experience of working with TETRA systems and applications will also be advantageous.
