Use of telecommunications industry protocols also facilitates deployment without a requirement to establish proprietary wireless infrastructure.

CareMonX™ leverages the advanced functionality available in the Microsoft .NET framework to provide scalability as well as facilitating centralised monitoring, management and control.
CareMonX™ ePCR Communicator also facilitates integration with other information systems via a standards-based web services interface. This enables third party developers to connect with the CareMonX™ ePCR Communicator to leverage its ambulatory care facilities and to optionally avail of its core communications functionality.
