CareMonX™ Administrator facilitates central administration of all remote CareMonX™ Touch Terminal ePCRs. It also contains functionality to automatically update remote ePCR software with minimal technical intervention by users. In-field technical support is facilitated via remote desktop.

CareMonX™ Administrator also supports real-time text or multimedia message broadcasting by ambulance stations to Touch Terminal ePCRs to notify paramedics of various events and conditions, including weather, road and traffic congestion. Two-way text and multimedia messaging with ambulance control centres is also supported.

For control centre and administration staff, CareMonX™ Administrator displays various real-time data views of ambulance deployment and utilisation, including ambulance station attachment, ambulance activity and current incident information.
